The Texas A&M International University campus is the beneficiary of multiple gifts from the Trust. From the remarkable Lamar Bruni Vergara Science Center and Lamar Bruni Vergara Memorial Garden to dedicated scholarship awards and University-led literacy programs, the Trust’s commitment to education is well represented by its presence on the TAMIU campus.
Consistent with the Trust’s mission to provide charitable support to religious, health and educational organizations and institutions, the Trust has been fundamental to the expansion of nursing education programs in Laredo at Texas A&M International University.
The Trust has provided gifts and support for the College of Nursing and Health Sciences’ Dr. F. M. Canseco School of Nursing and has also supported faculty research, and graduate student scholarships.
